Museumtijdschrift verschijnt acht maal per jaar en is het grootste onafhankelijke kunsttijdschrift van Nederland. Het blad richt zich op museumbezoekers met een brede belangstelling, van hedendaagse en moderne kunst, fotografie, architectuur, mode en design tot oude kunst, archeologie en cultureel erfgoed. Helder geschreven artikelen, interessante achtergrondinformatie en interviews met kunstenaars en conservatoren, maken Museumtijdschrift tot een prettig leesbaar en afwisselend blad voor een breed publiek.
